Terms and conditions

  • Goods are received for auction on the presumption that the vendor has title to the same.
  • As auctioneers, we cannot guarantee the selling price of items.
  • If you wish, you can place a reserve on any items we are selling on your behalf (This should be discussed with the auctioneer).
  • Electrical and mechanical items will be sold on a spares/ repairs basis.
  • There is a £2 minimum charge per lot entered.
  • Commission charged will be 17% (Plus VAT if applicable) at the auctioneers discretion.
  • As the goods are sold on your behalf, payments cannot be made until they have cleared our account. This typically takes 10 days.
  • Payments are normally made via bank transfer
  • Payments of £15 or less are paid in cash at the auction house
  • Any unsold lots may be re-entered at the auctioneer’s discretion.
  • If unsold lots are not re-entered or collected, the goods will be disposed of unless otherwise agreed.
